Manatee County Property Appraiser's Public Access System
Due to increased traffic to our website, we are currently experiencing a slow down in response times. Please bear with us as we work to improve the site's performance.
This site provides access to land records maintained by the Manatee County Property Appraiser's Office. Our office is located at 915 4th Ave. W., Bradenton, FL 34205. Our main office phone numbers are 941-748-8208 and Fax: 941-742-5664.
During the month of February, our office will temporarily be accepting Homestead Exemption and Low Income Senior applications at the Tax Collector's office in Lakewood Ranch, 6007 111th St. E. The Lakewood Ranch office hours are Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Information concerning County Permits dated prior to 1992 is no longer available on this site. Please visit the County Building and Development Services site at www.mymanatee.org should you require information on these older permits.

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead contact the office by phone or in writing.
Deployed Military Exemption The Florida Legislature recently passed an additional homestead exemption for deployed service members. If you were on active duty during 2010, outside of the continental U.S., Alaska or Hawaii in one of the following military operations: Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom or New Dawn; please contact our office for details immediately.
MAIL-IN HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION APPLICATION Any homeowner who has moved into a new home in Manatee County may now file for homestead exemption for 2012 by mail, as soon as they establish residency in their new home on or before January 1, 2012. The filing deadline is March 1, 2012. This procedure will make applying for homestead exemption even faster and more convenient.
