All address change requests must include the property owner's signature.Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead contact the office by phone or in writing. The Property Appraiser's office has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence in Assessment Administration Award by the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO).
----------------------------------- MAIL-IN HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION APPLICATION Any homeowner who has moved into a new home in Manatee County may now file for homestead exemption for 2011 by mail, as soon as they establish residency in their new home on or before January 1, 2011. The filing deadline is March 1, 2011. This procedure will make applying for homestead exemption even faster and more convenient.
