Any questions regarding the bid packages can be directed to manateepao@mymanatee.org. Bids for both ITB 2008-09-01 and ITB 2008-09-02 are due Monday, December 1, 2008, 3:00 P.M. Addenda and responses to bid questions will be posted on this site. Amendment 1 Information MAIL-IN HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION APPLICATION Any homeowner who has moved into a new home in Manatee County may now file for homestead exemption for 2009 by mail, as soon as they establish residency in their new home on or before January 1, 2009. The filing deadline is March 1, 2009. This procedure will make applying for homestead exemption even faster and more convenient.
